Thank you for choosing Microgreen. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with an exceptional dining experience. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Dine-In Refunds
At Microgreen, we are committed to serving high-quality food and providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your meal or dining experience, please inform our staff immediately so we can address your concerns.
- If you find your meal unsatisfactory, we will offer to replace it with another dish of your choice.
- If we are unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at the manager's discretion.
- Issues must be reported while you are still at the restaurant to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Takeout and Delivery Orders
For takeout and delivery orders, we maintain the same commitment to quality. If there is an issue with your order:
- Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup.
- For incorrect or missing items, we will offer to deliver the correct items or provide a refund for those specific items.
- For quality issues, please provide photos when possible to help us improve our service.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3. Event and Catering Cancellations
For catering services and event bookings:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event: No refund of deposit
- We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact our management to discuss your situation.
4. Online Orders
For orders placed through our website or app:
- If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by calling our restaurant directly.
- Orders already in preparation may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Processing errors or duplicate charges will be refunded in full once verified.
